Q: What happened to my current campaigns?
Your campaigns are intact but for an updated, beautiful interface! Find them under action-trigger campaigns.
Q: Should I update my plugins?
Yes. Unless your platform is on Shopify, you need to go to the Carts Guru app store page and update your plugin.
Q: How to import my contacts?
Go to Site Settings -> Privacy Center and follow the instructions. You just need a CSV file with all your contacts’ details.
